How often do you release new products?
We are frequently adding new products to our range. We typically release new products every 8 to 12 weeks. From time to time we'll add limited release designs as well.
How do I wear any of your products with the Wonderjock Pouch?
It's important that you're comfortable but the idea behind it is to basically sit your genitals into the pouch provided such that the edge of the pouch sits completely underneath and behind them. You should then achieve the effect of lifting them up and out providing you with a bigger but natural look.
What if the item I want is not available in the size I require on the website?
If the size you require is not available for selection at time of ordering, this generally means that we no longer manufacture this item and are now completely out of stock. If the item size is indicating 'Out of Stock' this typically means that we are temporarily out of stock and new stock should be arriving shortly.
Is it true that aussieBum swimwear is worn by Surf Life Saving Clubs?
Absolutely Yes! Our swimwear is worn by many of the leading Surf Clubs throughout Australia. We also supply our range to many sporting groups including swimming and water polo teams.
What is meant by "Sheer Rating" ?
Sheer rating means how transparent the garment becomes when wet. A low sheer rating means that the item provides good coverage when wet - eg. Black has a low sheer rating and therefore it does not become see through when wet, whereas White on the other hand can become quite transparent when wet, hence why it will have a high sheer rating.
Will I have to pay any taxes and duties for my order ?
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee. While we apologise for any inconvenience, we have no control over such fees. (More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.)
Is GST calculated for Australian orders?
Our prices on the website do NOT include the Australian GST when initially selecting the item. If your order is being sent to an international destination, you will not be charged Australian GST. If, however, the destination of the order is within Australia, the GST amount applicable to the order will be shown on the Payment Page and will be included in your order total at this point. This also applies for orders placed from outside of Australia but where the destination of the order is Australia.
How do I make an order using the website ?
Shopping online at aussieBum is a simple process, here is a step by step guide to illustrate:
1. First select the category of item you are interested in (eg. Swimwear) from the home page.
2. You will then be presented with the full list of items available in that category. By clicking on any of the item names, you can see more detail regarding the item.
3. If you wish to order the item on view, simply select the size and enter the quantity you want. For some items you can also request a logo on the garment. Once done, you then click on the "Add Item" button to place the item in your "shopping bag".
4. To order additional items, click on the same or new Category tab (eg. Swimwear or Underwear) again to show a full list for that category and repeat steps 2 & 3.
5. Once you have finished adding items to your "shopping bag" click on the 'Checkout' button to proceed to the next step. Note: If you have made a mistake you can simply close your browser and start again. From the 'View Bag' page you can also remove items and/or change quantities for selected items before proceeding to the next step in the process. You can also monitor the items selected for purchase by clicking on the "shopping cart" icon on the top of the page at any time.
6. Click on 'Next' button to proceed to the 'Address' page. You can enter your Billing Address and, if different, your Delivery Address by firstly checking the box indicating to "deliver to a different address". You can also include comments to us relating to this particular order.
7. Click on the 'Next' button to proceed to the Payment Page. Select the method of shipping for your order, select the payment method and complete any required details, agree to the order terms and conditions by clicking on the small box and make any other changes as required. For example you can modify your address details by clicking on the 'Edit' button.
8. Click on 'Submit Order' to finish your order and have it sent to us. If the "Please email me my order confirmation" on the 'Payment Page' was left checked then a copy of your order will be sent to the email address you provided. You can then continue to browse our website or close your browser.

Can I buy aussieBum products from a store ?
We have a growing number of stockists around the world, however many of these only carry a limited product selection. To view the entire range, we suggest viewing these on our website. We provide a secure purchasing environment with a flexible exchange and return policy. We ship every business day to customers all over the world. We do plan to provide a list of stockists on our website in the near future so that you can see if there is one in your area.
Payment?
We accept all Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Diners Credit Cards. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to have your order shipped, however we also accept
Bank Cheques. If making payment from overseas by Bank Cheque, you will need to have this issued by your local bank. The cheque must be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and made payable to aussieBum. Please do not write $AUD on any cheque as this makes the cheque invalid and will delay the shipment of your order. For reference, the $AUD amount can be found in your order confirmation. If you have not requested an order confirmation, you can then contact us at order@aussiebum.com to find out the amount of your order in AUD. Please provide sufficient information to validate your identity, so that we may provide you with the AUD total for your order.
Within Australia we also accept Australia Post Money Orders.
We do NOT accept personal cheques, including personal cheques issued by a foreign bank, or international money orders.
Once the payment has cleared we will send your order with the next group of shipments.

Shipping Cost?
We ship worldwide and offer various options to meet your needs. Shipping cost to your country is determined by destination, weight and shipping method chosen. To find out the shipping charges that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, add the items to your shopping bag, click on "Checkout", add sufficient address details to proceed to Step 3 - Payment. From here select the "Method of Shipping' and the shipping cost for the order will display with the order totals. To cancel this process either close your browser or alternatively return to the shopping process by clicking on one of the Item Categories.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the method of shipping requested and the country of destination. Typically, delivery is between 4-10 business days. Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure, these delays can be between 2-4 weeks for the UK and US and 4-6 weeks for continental Europe except for Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions.
Can I track my order?
You can check if your order has been sent by clicking on the "Track my Order" link at the bottom of our website pages.
For reference, only our International Express Service allows for online tracking. If the shipment method of Express was selected at the time of ordering, an email would have been sent with your tracking information when your order was shipped. If you have not received this email, we can resend it to the original email address supplied. Alternatively, for us to send it to another email address, you will need to provide sufficient information as requested to validate your identity.
If the shipping method "Standard by Airmail" for international shipments was selected for your order, your shipment does have a parcel number, however you are not able to view the status of this shipment online. Please allow the given delivery time, taking into consideration the possiblity of customs clearance delays occuring within your country (refer "How long will it take to receive my Order ?").
For "Express Post" Shipments in Australia, you can contact Australia Post on 131818 and quote your parcel tracking number.
What happens if I want to exchange one or more items purchased?
As long as the item or items are in original condition (unworn & unwashed), simply send them back to us by post within 21 days of receipt of delivery to:

Who pays for postage when exchanging one or more items?
For your first exchange of products on an order, there are no extra postage charges from aussieBum when we send you your replacements. The only cost to yourself is that of the return postage of the original item(s) to us. If a further exchange is requested, aussieBum reserves the right to charge additional postage of the shipment to you. This is typically around $AUD8.00 depending on the number of items being sent.
I have already worn my aussieBums, can I still exchange?
No. Due to health regulation reasons we can only accept garments back that are in original condition and that have not been worn or washed. If a worn item is sent back to us, we will typically contact you to better understand the reason for the return. Please note, where an item is returned to us without first notifying us that the item has been worn, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you.
I have returned my aussieBums for an exchange but have not received or heard anything back from aussieBum.
Depending on where you are sending your returns items back from, the typical shipping time for items to arrive back into aussieBum is around 10 days. This can be longer as Australian Customs and Quarantine have some of the toughest Custom and Quarantine laws in the world and generally parcels can get held for inspection. As soon as your exchange has been processed by us, we will send you an email letting you know that it has been sent.
What if I am sent a defective item?
All aussieBum clothing and products undergo stringent quality checks from the beginning of their manufacturing process. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. If this policy is not adhered to, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
How safe is ordering online at aussiebum.com?
At aussieBum we have the latest security encryption keys from Thawte Security (a trusted and respected authority on Internet e-commerce security worldwide). The Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Web Server Certificates used on our website encrypt all data sent to and from the web site and scrambles any information that is intercepted. In addition, all orders are stored separately using PGP encryption keys and are processed manually to ensure added protection and security against any potential fraudulent activity. Access to our local site is via one-time only passwords that cannot be sourced via our servers.
Does anyone have access to my personal information?
The only time personal details are provided to a 3rd party is when we believe a consumer is actively using the credit card for fraudulent purposes. These details are supplied to the necessary authorities. The consumers IP address is also recorded plus their signature ID from the server account used to place the order.
